Wild Was Mama is pleased to offer fast and reliable USPS Priority Shipping.
We do our best to pack and ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Should there be any issue or discrepancy we will contact you to discuss options. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow at least 24 hours for tracking information to update online.
USPS Priority packages typically take 1-3 business days in transit, depending on the location. However, this timeframe is not guaranteed and exceptions due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances may effect timing. Should you require faster delivery, please contact our customer service team for special arrangements.
Shipping & Handling Rates:
We ship to all U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes. We also ship to Canada and can make arrangements for certain shipments to other international locations. Due to certain restrictions on export, we are unable to ship certain items outside the US. However, as it is our goal to always provide you with the very best customer service, we will do our best to put you in touch with a retailer near you, should we be unable to support your purchase.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us so we may assist you.
*Customs and Duties Taxes:
Shipments from the US to Canada will incur import taxes based on location and are the responsibility of the receiver. These can range from 5% to as high as 28% of the purchase price, so we want our Canadian customers to be aware of these rates. You can expect a Goods and Service Tax (GST) of 5%, which applies to most items imported into Canada. A Canadian Provincial Sales Tax (PST), or Quebec Sales Tax (QST), may apply depending on where you live, and ranges from 7-10%. Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) may also apply depending on where you live, and ranges from 13-15%.
We sincerely encourage you to investigate these additional fees and charges prior to completing your order, so you are prepared for them. The Canada Border Services Agency has a Duties and Taxes Estimator, which can give you a good idea of what to expect.
